Whatsapp is a messaging app where users can share messages, photos and videos with each other.

How might we reimagine whatsapp messaging for people on the go?

In the current app, when you open a chat, all messages and voice notes just appear one below the other. This can be overwhelming for someone who is on the go and has little times to go through all messages.
How can users convert voice notes to text and vice versa and view a summary of a long text?

How might we better organize messages on whatsapp?

In the current app, the starred (saved) messages are not organized and if one has look for a particular message, they have to remember a keyword and search for it in a sea of hundereds of saved messages.
Is there a way to categorize messages and keep track of information?
